May 2025 – Present
Leading a distributed team of 10+ in D365 FO rollout for current project EMEA. Designed customizations in inventory, order processing, and finance. Spearheaded integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs and Power Platform. Established CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Acted as technical liaison and conducted training.
April 2021 – May 2025
Delivered innovation projects with Power Platform, D365 F&O, and Azure. Led third-party integrations, authored deployment guides, and supported go-lives. Contributed to community sessions on source control migration. Developed automation scripts reducing manual effort by 50%.
March 2020 – May 2021
Integrated e-commerce with D365 using Power Automate. Built client relationships and enabled real-time inventory sync with webhooks, business events, and REST APIs in X++. Trained new consultants.
January 2019 – February 2020
Led upgrades from AX 2009 to 2012, developed SSRS reports, and collaborated on D365 projects. Provided guidance on customizations and workflows. Authored whitepaper on best practices.
July 2017 – December 2018
Developed and supported AX 2012 projects with customizations and reports. Led teams, ensured quality, and maintained documentation.
